Kansas Trip!

Finally, here are the pictures we were able to get on our trip to Kansas in February. We had quite the itinerary for this trip. It included departure from PDX at 9pm, a stop in Seattle with a two hr. and somethin layover, another short layover in Minneapolis, a jump from one plane to another in Memphis, and running to the other end of the airport to catch our last flight into Wichita. We finally arrived in Kansas at 11am the next morning. Whew!

Portland Airport:
Our flight was delayed about an hour

Seattle Airport:
We had the longest layover of all here and got to ride a train to get to our gate.
It was kinda neat!
I believe this was the last flight from Memphis to Wichita.

Spence got some pretty bad motion sickness and passed out on the last flight.

The very few pics we got during out stay:
This is Brooklyn and Spence's Mom, Billie. The boys had fun bonding and playing games together.

We didn't get many pictures while we were there but it was because we had so much fun.

We stayed with Spencer's brother Wesley and sis-in-law Sheena the first night and then at his parent's the second.

We were able to attend a chocolate buffet for Valentine's Day and a birthday party for some cousins where I got to meet the whole family.

Exhaustion had set in by the time we arrived at the airport Monday morning so we didn't really take many pics.

Our flight from Wichita to L.A. left at about noon and we arrived in Portland about 6:30pm.

Man were we tired!

We pretty much flew on planes this small the whole time!

So happy to go home!

We hope to visit Kansas again soon without the layovers and make it a longer trip!

Bath Time!

So, some might think it is silly to post a blog about bathing your cats but, they are our babies. We just thought we would share how cute they are during bath time.

Mr. Boy has become quite comfortable with bath time...

Ollie Monster... Not so much!

After bath time it is a all out groom session.

Lets be kids again with some Easter FUN!

Spencer and I decided to dye some eggs for Easter this evening!

It was fun and reminded me of being a kid again.

Here are some pics of our beautiful eggs.

The Final Product... Spencer and I are hosting easter dinner tomorrow so we put each guests name on an egg.... with some cute little stickers... Spence even drew the Superman symbol on Ryon's... Aren't they cute? I love dying eggs!We hope everyone has a wonderful Easter and remembers the true meaning of why we celebrate it.
Spencer and I are so grateful for the resurrection of Christ and the ability that we have to be someday! We will never forget his ultimate sacrifice for us and the blessings that we see from it on a daily basis.
Happy Easter!

All Moved In!

Hey Guys!

We are all moved into our new home. It is very nice but a bit smaller then our last. We have had to DI a lot of things that we had due to the size reduction.

Everyone is adjusting very well, including the kitties!

(Our little one Ollie Monster, naping after a long day of moving)

Anyhoo, We will be posting pics soon. The only thing left to organize is our room and we can't wait until its done!

Hope Everyone is doing well!

Moving... Yet Again!

So, here we go again!

We are moving into a new apartment this weekend! It is in the same complex but smaller and nicer.

It has updated cabinets and appliances and is in a better building.

Although we love our apartment now, we are very excited to get into something new.

We will post some new pics once we are settled in!

Other then moving things are going well.

Sara no longer has the flu and is having fun as a part-time nanny for her aunt and a family from church. She is planning to go back to school next term!

Spencer is working hard as a manager and not enjoying it all that much. He feels under appreciated but does what he has to for us!

Until next time...
