smoking home, and rarely used as it was in a formal living room Very well taken
care of! Sofa has one SUPER minor tear on bottom corner near foot(as seen in pic).
Hardly noticable and easily fixable for someone with a little time. Young married
college couple needing to simplify and downsize. Selling due to move and needing money
for college expenses.
Sofa can easily be made into twin size bed for guest by removing back cushions
Cuddler is SUPER comfy, perfect for cozying up next to the fire with a good book or
that special someone.
Ottoman is GREAT for kickin up your feet or using as small coffee table, Comes with wood tray in picture if you want.
