YES SHE IS!
Our little niece Cedar is getting so big! A very very happy girl, she really never cries and loves to smile!
She has learned how to roll over onto her tummy and she is trying hard to crawl.
Spence and I took her to church today while Ryon, Annie, and Tanner stayed at our house. She was the best baby I have ever seen at church! Not a peep even when she was awake.
We love her SO much and can't wait to see her grow even more!
