Anyone who knows Spencer and his eating habits knows this is a true miracle!
Our typical Subway lunch consists of Spencer getting a huge meat filled sandwich with no veggies and the cheese from my sandwich added to it.
As you can see this one is pilled high with Turkey, cheese, SPINACH, LETTUCE, and banana peppers. His side is usually chips but this time he chose apples. I was sooo proud of him!

Pencer... I am so proud of you. I think something weird is going on. Brooklyn usually hates veggies... just like her Uncle Pencer. Then... BAM... she loves salad this week. Wes even gave her a bowl of cut-up lettuce (plain with nothing on it) and she was chowing on it. WEIRD I tell you!!!!
